Ever since Kevin left (maintenace man) the property has gone done hill. I don't understand why this property management company lets awesome employees walk out the door. When we finally get a polite well knowlegable staff they leave. It kinda makes you wonder what goes on behind the scenes. The former leasing agent was great. She was helpful and caring about the people who live here.
I would have to agree with the other review listed. Parking isn't that bad but the property is not being taken care of. From past experience I know that this property could be better managed. I'm just waiting for my lease to expire and i'm out.
Taken the survey below the property is covered with homeless digging in the garbage and to me thats not safe.
