I have lived here for the past year and cannot wait for my lease to expire. This apartment complex has a SERIOUS problem with theft. Numerous car breaks ins have occurred. 7 people had their cars broken into in just one night. Not counting the several other times this has happened like when my boyfriend s car was broken into and the stereo stolen, they were nice enough to not break any windows this time. And then just last night an SUV had its window smashed out. The police were outside when I left for work this morning. Unfortunately this is a very common event here. It is to the point where I don t feel safe going to my car at night or early morning. I ve seen security cruise by maybe twice the entire time I ve been here as I m constantly looking out my windows to see if my or my neighbors vehicles are ok. People who have assigned parking, now park in the visitors spaces because they are located closer to the apartments.
The apartments are fairly new however we did have a serious leak during the last rainy season. We notified the management but nothing was ever fixed inside our unit. Guess they figured summer is approaching so they wouldn t need to bother with it right now.
If you live on the freeway side of the complex, prepare for constant noise as the windows and sliding doors are not double paned.
Keep searching if you are considering this place. You will have a HIGH chance of your vehicle being vandalized.
