My husband and I have been here since late 2005 and just recently moved to a bigger 2 bedroom apartment in the same complex because we were slowly getting to much stuff for our first 1 bedroom apartment. We got an awesome deal on the 2 bedroom. Every once in awhile there are specials, even for existing renters so don't be afraid to ask the manager! The apartments are very spacious and if any problem arises with appliances or anything else that needs to be fixed, it is done promptly. The maintenance guy is really nice and very helpful. The grounds are very well kept but I do agree that it is very loud. Three times a week you will hear leaf blowers in the early morning and it will go on for about an hour or so. The creek that is build around the complex is very relaxing and it is nice to even walk around the walkways that go through the apartments. No major problems with other tenants. I do not hear any loud parties or neighbors being overly disruptive, just the occasional baby crying or kids misbehaving on the floor above you!
