Gated apartment complex. Mercy, the apartment manager has been a mainstay here for many years. The head maintenance man has also been here for may years, since the place was built. Covered parking out front with lots of guest spots available. My apartment is on the end of the building, so I have extra windows on one side.

The fountain pool is right outside my patio door, with the same view from my bedtoom windows. The fountain provides continuous "white noise" so that I can't hear the neighbors as much, when the patio door is open. There are several fully mature Weeping Willow Trees whose branches hang low over the fountain, sometimes kissing the water.

The only drawback is that they require large pet deposits. Otherwise, I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
