The summit is a decent complex to live in, but a little pricey for what you get. Parking is horrible, they have no assigned spots so its first come, first serve, and you end up having to park a mile away from your apartment. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors cough. Storage really sucks, I dont know if it's just me and my major wardrobe, but I dont have enough closet space for my stuff. On the plus side, the management is very friendly and nice. I've been here almost 2 years and I am NOT renewing my lease, but at the same time living here was okay and I dont have tooo many complaints. They also offer really good move in deals/specials, so thats a bit of an incentive.

Hello, I'm the leasing consultant for The Summit and just wanted to update you that parking is in the process of being assigned. We are waiting for all the residents to update the office with their vehicle information and then from there we will notify all of the residents. Yeah, the office has been saying for quite a while that they are going to assign parking, but seeing as it is July right now, 7 months later, and there is still no assigned parking...
