Not Impressed

We have lived here for 26 months, so this is a fairly indepth comment. The parking is terrible. Often by 8:00 PM there is no parking on the south side, and you must spend 10 minutes driving around to the other side to find a spot you must walk 10 more minutes to home from. Once our car was broken into at this "secure location". We were told to park across the street, there was "an agreement" with the church. The car had a brick thrown through the window and the police would not even come out, it was such a common occurance. We've been there since 10/03, and for 3 to 6 months at a time the gate doesn't close. There are often people rummaging through the garbage. The management does not care. And cost is a whole other issue, there is only one apartment building in all of Fairfield so expensive for the room. The emenities are suppose to make up for it. But heaven forbide you'd like to use the computers on their lunch hour, you must come back. In the 26 months we have been there management people have changed 4 times, from friendly to much less friendly. We had black mold growing in the bathroom from an upstairs leak, for over 8 months. It was finally fixed, when a friend came to visit and complained of a headache. Of course it was just filled in, never repainted. I am ready to leave and am sure I will be messed over by them, because the lease is so vague, leave the apartment in the condition it was when you moved in.
