I've seen this complex completely turn around for the better. I've lived her with my family for bout a year. In the beginning I was ready to leave do to the fact that parking was challenging. I've always been treated very well by the office staff. In fact Amber one of the ladies in the office seems to be very welcoming and always able to help. My apartment is very nice. I have wonderful neighbors and I'm comfortable. The maintenance guys are doing a lot of repairs around the complex but I can see major improvements and repairs. I'm sure they have challenges especially with this side gate. Bonnie is the manager and I haven't meet her to many times, but she seems nice. It's hard trying to think of things to say. I'm happy, my family is content, and in all honesty this is a nice place to live.
