The office staff is really helpful and the maintenance workers are super nice. The apartments are large with lots of big windows and closets. I have been here for 4 years and it gets better each year. People were using the garages for storage instead of parking so for awhile parking was limited but it is much better now since they had everybody clean out their garages and park in them. They are adding some new parking spaces too. They are always doing improvements which I think is good. They just remodeled the fitness center and it looks great. Prices are good for the big size apartment you get and they are fair about rent increases. Last year they didn't raise my rent at all but this year they did but it is still a good deal. The new manager they got a year ago has really improved things around here. She had some big issues with the parking but it is better now. I recommend it if you like a quiet community.
