The parking is horrible. If you have a car and any social life, you don't want to live here. One time the parking lot was completely full, so my husband had to park our car on the curb. The next morning, the office staff must have called the police bright and early because we had a parking ticket on our windshield the very next morning.

The contract is very vague; you might want to hire an attorney to go through it with a sharp-toothed comb.

Hope you have a lot of extra money, because you probably won't be getting your security deposit back!

If it's between being homeless and living here....I would start looking for a nice refrigerator box.

Parking is horrible. Now they are trying some new thing, which I doubt will work because the people running this place are too busy to walk out the door to see what is going on. Almost all staff lives here and no one does ANYTHING after hours.
