Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The first day we moved in my dad fell through the stairs on his way up. When he went to tell the staff they they brushed it aside.
When my husband and I came home from our honeymoon we were rudly awakened by workers on our deck off the bedroom. We had no notice and it took them 7 months to finish. They are still working on the stirs. They work on them all day long! There are nails all over the parking lot and people have gotten them stuck in their tires. I had to pay for a new tire that I just replaced 8 months ago and the staff staff said they were not responsible! How rude of them!
The inside of the apartments are ghetto. The cupboards are peeling because they are so cheaply made the walls are cracking at the baseboards. The appliances are really old,the building is very poorly insulated and the windows leak air and as a result of that our electric bill was $222 for a two bedroom apartment.
The police come by nightly to ticket the people who have to park in the red because there is not enough parking for everyone. All because people who dont even live here are allowed to park their vehicles here. And when we went up to the office to notify them of this they told us to go park across the street and park in the church parking lot! The gate hardly works people can drive up to the exit gate and get in and as a result of this there have been vehicles stolen and broken into. When the staff was notified of this problem they told people that it wasnt their problem and someone must of been trying to get revenge on those people!
For what we pay for rent in this hole we could be living in a nicer area!!! Dont ever move here! The only people who like it here are the homeless people who are able to dig in the trash daily and are able to sleep in the dumpsters!
