I lived at Summit for just about a year. My husband & I moved from Key West, FL. We signed a lease with out even seeing the place in person. The manager would recieve a phone call from my husband on a daily basis, asking whatever possible question he could think of! Everytime he called, there was nothing a friendly voice on the other end, eager to answer questions for him. When we arrived in Fairfield, we were petrified we had made a wrong decision until we pulled up to our new home. We loved it, we went and checked out other apartments in Faifield, and by far this was the best one we could have gone with. We were so fortunate. If there was ever a problem it was taken care of in a timely manner. The maintence crew did an excellent job as well. My neighbors were great never had a noise complaint or even heard if they were home or not. The walls were NOT paper thin. my neighbor had a infant that i never once heard. The parking situation was managed alright I always found parking along the complex, never had to walk far from my car. The grounds were always kept very clean, the pool area was very nice during the summer. The price for our apartment was great, especially being in the military. never had a problem with anything. Id highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
