I have lived at Woodsong for a little over 6 months and have overall enjoyed my stay. The grounds are kept neat and clean. The people are friendly. The maitenance staff are very helpful. The one problem I have noticed is the garbage situation. People dump all of their old crap they dont want at the dumpsters. Furniture, T.V's etc. It usually happens over the weekend but as soon as Monday morning comes around it is cleaned up promptly. I dont think it is the complex's fault that people like to toss whatever they want in the trash only location! I would recommend this place to anyone on a budget. Its low rent and it allows you to save for the home you are really working for!
