The parking rules is crazy to name a few: 1 parking permit per adult on the lease you can not have more than 1 car parked on the property if its just you on the lease , if your guess come over you can get a72hr temporary parking permit, if you have more than 1 car. Only one is aloud to park on the property. You as a resident can only have 1 car on the premisses if you have 2 cars even if there regeristed to you and insured at your address were you pay rent.ytou can not have both cars on the premisses or noguess parking after 11pm or you will be towed.

a lot of people who barely makes the income deserve the place more than you do!-that for sure!its unfair for you to judge aprtment complex or even condos to offer so much when you only pay like what? minimum? come on!be realistic!

Whatever a person pays they deserve rights, as a property landlord I make sure my tenant is treated with respect. And just because a person dos,nt have lots of money, they should get quality of living, because whatever they have it's of great value to them. Now what is this person suppose to do with their other car? Some rules are dumb just to keep people in bondage. People seem to be more caught up on money and how to drain other's of it, than people's well being.
