The apartments are filled with roaches first of all and with the new management here it is not kept up as it used to be. The place use to be a nice apartment to live in before 2006. Also, a big factor is that they are overcharging the tenants for water, sewer, and trash. In 2 years my bill has gone up almost 400%! What a rip off! There is no measurement or meter. They are just plain ripping people off and getting away with it! Another thing is the manager here Alma something seems illiterate. She sends out notices in Spanish and English and doesn't even know how to spell in either language or knows the meaning of politeness. Parking here sucks too. Your lucky if you get one parking space or you will have to pay for an extra one even for a 2 bedroom. There used to be trash cans all over from the old manager David something which kept the place very tidy but since the new management they have all disappeared because they are too damn lazy to empty them. So normally people throw trash on the ground and it stays there now. As for lighting they don't change when daylight savings does until a few months later so you may need to go to the parking lot in absolute darkness or up the stairway so bring your flashlight. Maintenance comes around but plan on waiting about 4 or 5 days. Also, maintenance will walk into your apartment without adequate notice or enough time to get to your door. Example: in your pajamas so hopefully they are decent. They will also come into your apartment even if you have given them notice your are to be notified or at home when it is not an emergency.Totally disregarded they still came in. This place just sucks! I just wanted to warn anyone who may think of living here.
