They allow drug dealers to move in knowing what they are, all they are interested in is collecting the rent, takes residents several complaints to finally get a work order done. If you move in, make sure that your pet deposit is listed as pet deposit, or they will claim otherwise!! They also charge a pet rent fee as well, and at the end try to ream you with pet damages, and you end up owing thousands of dollars more than what you should really owe!!

I think this anonymous x-resident must miss Countryviews otherwise why would they still think about the place a year after they vacated. Management does not allow drug dealers on the property and to suggest such is ludicris. the dedicated and professional management enforces a crime-free lease addendum and has an excellent reputation with the Fallbrook Sheriff, Apt Asso and local Chamber of Commerce and Base Housing at Camp Pendleton. My service requests are completed in a timely manner. And a pet rent is not a shocker or a surprise...it is listed on all the advertising and if your pet caused damage beyond normal wear & tear, you should expect to be charged for it.
