I used to live here, and I wouldn't reccomend this place. management is slow, and unhelpful, there were no places for the kids to play outside, The apartments are ok but nothing special, I think they charged a little too much for what you got. tenants are rude, parking is small, garages are $100 extra a month, walkways are pretty small, pool is not always clean, the spa is pretty dirty, stuff does get stolen occasionally, Kitchens are small, and all of the appliances are older so they use a lot of electricity, carpets get dirty really easily, they try to get as much money as they can from you, Don't try to make complaints they aren't taken into consideration, they get annoyed with service requests so try to fix what you can by yourself, they charge pet rent, and there are suppose to be breed restrictions but they are not enforced, lanscape walks around with a gas leaf blower a couple times a week and is very noisy wakes up babies from naps and makes your apartment smell like gas. I would reccommend these apartments to people that do not have kids or have kids that are in school during the day. They do have washer/dryers in the units so that is nice. If you are a stay at home parent and have kids under school age i wouldn't reccommend these apartments. They do work with Military Personell really well when you or your spouse get orders though. We were able to move out when my husband got orders. So all in all if you have family look elsewhere but if the kids are old enough these apartments are ok.

You said you would not move back into these apartments even if someone paid you to. Suggestion, a good place to start for you and your signifant others is maybe to move out. Ever consider that one since you are so horribly unhappy. From what I read in your review it might be a good starting point. Plus I'm sure your management might have a pool party in the event. I live here and I know who you are, nothing but trouble. All you do is complain and make life miserable for your neighbors and the office people. They been good to our family. Maybe a little respect on your part would be in order. Plus my tax dollars pay for your military entitlements to live off base. Don't waste my tax dollars and your neighbors tax dollars. Go live in the barracks where noise might not be a factor and the view of the nuclear power plant might be a more desirable view. Why not with such an atomic view on life here at these apartments.
