Pineview Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   I have lived here for 3 years and at first with the last manager she never paid attention to what the resident wanted. We would have work orders and they wouldn't get done in a timely manner. Now there is a person there who has been here for 7 months and she has cleaned up Pineview and she has made some great changes. the residents who are complaining are the ones who are not speaking and asking for help. They are sitting back and not coming to her for issues and think they will go away on there own. I have gone to her many of times for issues that were a problem before and now they are solved. As far as maintenance there was a worker here who took forever to get work orders done and now there is a new person who has been on top of maintenance and he has been here for 3 months. The pool is a lot cleaner now then it use to be and she has controlled the skateboarders as much as she can when she is here. I do recommend Pineview to anyone. I have referred 4 new residents.
