She obviously comes out on the telephone as a gentle and kind lady, but don't let that fool you. Spend your monies wisely in any other apartment complex because this Towne & Country Apartments 57% Recommended May 07 2008: Well, the reviews on here are pretty night and day. I'll give you mine and my boyfriend's experience here so far. First off, yes, parking can be an issue- as is with any open lot complex. The manager here is very nice. Sunset Point 55% Recommended Apr 14 2008: I have been living at Sunset Pointe Apartments for 5 years and the only big concern I ever had was about the irresponsible, tactless tenants who neglects to pick up after their pet(s). If they do that around the property, Towne & Country Apartments 57% Recommended Mar 12 2008: I've lived here for almost 8 months now and haven't had a bit of trouble. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Mostly elders and Marines who are never home! LoL It's property is always kept up! The hot tub and Towne & Country Apartments 57% Recommended Mar 04 2008: There's one assigned parking spot. When you get home from work, there WILL be someone in your spot. There's a tow truck company to call, but they never show up. Your neighbors will have parties, scream at each other (in spanish) |
