Canyon Terrace Apartments

No Longer Recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   This used to be a nice place - a bit run down, but nice. Former management was friendly and responsive. Since Jan. 03,however, the new management has been terrible - not responsive to maintenance requests or complaints regarding noise, not maintaining the grounds and facilities. Also, you have to be careful where you rent in this complex as the noise from a nightclub in an adjacent shopping center is awful on Friday and Saturday nights. As is the very early morning noise (4:30 am) from the delivery and garbage trucks in the shopping center. Used to be a decent place.
