Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
The management is totally incompetent. I moved away 4 months ago and still have not gotten my security deposit back. Also had problems with parking, the parking spot assigned to me was being used by other people who were very confrontational. Management did nothing about this problem, claiming they could not find their paperwork. After living there 2 days my apartment flooded so they moved me to another unit, and said I would not get a rent increase. One month later they wanted more rent and could not find their paperwork with their no-rent-increase agreement.
