Folsom Ranch Apartments

Managment of the Apartments are Terrible ... It is true. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I currently live in the apartments. (Summer 2003) The apartments are located in a very nice part of Folsom with great access to almost anything. They also have a great view. BUT... What good does the location and view due when the staff is NOT proactive with the tenants needs''' I had to call and remind the staff several time regarding basic maintenance of my apartment. Bottom line, at this time with the economic down turn; customer services should be the #1 focus for every business. As far as I am concerned they are lacking a HUGE element. May be if the management reads this comment they clean up their act.
