I like to log on once in a while to see what folks have to say about their current and/or previous apartments. I've been here 3 months and I've had nothing but good encounters with the staff and truly enjoy living here. The staff are helpful and quick to repair whatever is broken, along with the area beautification. Its what you make of the place while you're there, in my opinion. Overall, Folsom Ranch Apartments is one of the best in the area and within a decent budget.
