Don't take my word for it- read them yourself. You can tell they were all written by the same disgruntled person. Use of language, catch phrases, complaints- all the same. To their credit- they did try and make it look like it was a different person every time. They must be really weird to keep posting a bad review every so often for a few years. (Let it go...)
Let me tell you about my experience here. I have lived here since June and already I love it. I can often go and sit on my porch and see wild turkey, racoons, and even deer wandering around through the trees! It is super convienent for going to Old Town Folsom, or getting to East Bidwell or even the Highway toward downtown Sac. The pools and spa are always up and running, people don't take advantage of the tennis courts like they should- and I guess the only thing more I could want in the recreational department is a bigger exercise facility. (I like to lift a lot of free weights)
The staff is super friendly and were some of the first people I met in town when I came here. There is always coffee, sodas, candy, cookies for the residents....a great place to come in and read the paper. (I do hope they start building fires in the fireplace once it gets cold!)
The properties are older, and still very nice. I think the prices are VERY reasonable. Almost half as less as I was paying downtown.
Anyway- see it for yourself.

No, I am the author of what you were trying to discredit, I only wrote one review and not as you thought several reviews by one person. Interesting someone else wrote about similar things recent that prompt me to read this site again. Just want to let you know your thought of this is a hoax is not true. It is real experience.

To Folsom Happy, Writing style is a matter of professional preference and to be straight to the point, plain english works best which is exactly how every one who wants their opinion known will verbalize. Oh wow, we all do have similar writing styles however, it's not a hoax since you're probably one of the management writing this, "TRUST ME- the bad reviews below have to be a hoax..." review.

ANOTHER MANAGEMENT POST. JUST IN CASE IT ISN'T (WHICH I SERIOUSLY DOUBT), I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE FOLSOMHAPPY "MR. THIS MUST BE A HOAX" TO DO A LITTLE MORE RESEARCH ABOUT THIS BEFORE HE BASICALLY CALLS US LIARS WHILE TRYING TO MAKE US APPEAR "DISGRUNTLED" WHICH OF COURSE, IS THE REASON WE MUST BE SAYING ALL THESE THINGS. "TRUST ME", I HAVE TONS OF DOCUMENTATION ON THIS & PLENTY OF OTHER FORMER AND CURRENT TENANTS DO AS WELL. OF COURSE YOU MIGHT NOT NEED TO SEE PROOF, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE THERE STILL, SINCE YOU MOST LIKELY WILL HAVE BEEN SCREWED HARD SINCE THE TIME OF YOUR POST. UNLESS OF COURSE YOUR NAME IS REALLY HOLLY OR MOLLY, WHICH WOULDN'T SURPRISE ANYONE.
