Pretty, nice area of Folsom, great views - I lived here for the view and air conditioning only. Apartments are high up in the air, living on the top floor is the only way to go. Institutional style living, pretty unheated swimming pools.

Incompetent stuffy staff that makes and breaks promises. Carpet never replaced, apt not painted nor cleaned before I moved in.

I think it was built on an old ant and silverfish farm with black widow spiders. Never leave food out. Kithen fan blow greasy air around - best to eat out every meal if you live here.

People broke into mailboxes, staff ignored. Big useless parties held.
