Folsom Ranch Apartments

Highly Recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Is it me, or do all these bad reviews sound suspiciously similar to each other, as though written by the same bitter person' I've been here for almost 2 years, and had none of the negative experiences mentioned (in fact my rent was only raised once for $35 in the whole 2 years, and I've been doing 6 month leases). I live (and work out of my home office/second bedroom) on the top floor (vaulted ceilings!), and I've never ever heard my neighbors through the walls or the floors, and my downstairs neighbor has a dog that I've heard barking when I'm outside. Tennis courts are usually available, the cardio room has good machines, and the pool/hot tub area is kept clean. Never had a problem with my vehicle being touched, although I've heard that's a problem in general all over Folsom. I've only had a need to call for maintenance once in the 2 years (they can't be built too poorly with that track record), to trim a tree over my balcony, and they did so within a few days. The office staff has been pleasant to deal with, and they have never seemed incompetent to me. Overall, I have enjoyed living here very much and will continue to do so for the forseeable future.
