Nice location, managment not so good

The location is hard to beat. It's quiet and peaceful with lots of trees. We even had wild turkeys in a our backyard. The pool was okay.
Car was broken into (luckily not much in it).
Managment was not so good. Basically, they try to screw you out of your deposit (and potentially charge you more). When we moved in the carpet was poor. When we moved out a year and a half later, they tried to charge us for the full price of the carpet minus the time we lived there, which was about $800. Ridiculous. They didn't even have records for when the carpet was originally installed. It could have been 5 years old or more and they wanted to charge us for a new carpet. We argued to only losing our $300 deposit, which we thought was still too much.
