i am writing this review in disgust because of the way i have been treated by the staff of the apts - i had a payment dispute with them and when i went to discuss it i got no help, got upset and the leasing agent - Eva had the nerve to call the police on me becasue i was apparently threatening her though i never said anything even a curse word at her - what sucks is the police believed her over me thinking that i was upset because i was refusing to pay rent - it seems that they had a bank error on their side and they refuse to investigate it and i demand evidence of the claim they make - they will not accept my paperwork showing that I am in no liability over this claim - even when i called their managment company - FPI Management and their holding company - Ezraholdings LLC - I get no help - from reading other reviews here - seems like the thing to do is to retain an attorney and it is funny that even when you mention this to them they just dont care - now i am fighting to clean my name and my record - my lease ends in July and I cannot believe that i will have to live here till then - I am thoroughly disgusted at the management and their lack of service - tell you what dont be deceived by their looks - and be sure to note that there is a reason why they are the only complex in folsom that has vacancies - when i signed my lease - i had read the ratings of this complex but did not believe the other tenants - if you are reading this review and have not signed your lease - please think twice about it - or better yet - print out a few of these reviews and present them to the staff there and see their reaction - if you dont like it - then run like hell- if you dont care - then go ahead and sign up - and good luck living at this place

I wrote the review above and wanted to provide an update of the situation. I have requested a formal letter of apology from the staff for the mistreatment I got from them for violations of UNRUH ACT, California Civil Code, sections ?? 51, ?? 51.5, & ?? 52, and BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL CODE ?? 17500 & ?? 17200. I am yet to receive any formal apology from the management, and are considering further action. Again my advice is - do not rent from this complex!
