Yes nice view -- but doesnt make up for all the rest, bugs and all! Plus they will charge you for all cleaning when you move out, even if the place is spotless. Weak inspection policy, cant get an inspection any later than two weeks prior to move out'! Ummm, yeah, right. I should have had a clue when I signed the lease, so many papers. Unfortunately for me I was in a rush to find a place, due to a job transfer situation.....major lessons learned here!
