We unfortunately have to leave because of job relocation but if I had a choice I'd stick around. The staff can be a little of a hassle, but I ALWAY deal with Molly who is very helpful and respectful and seems to know more than the other girls. We had a unit with an amazing view towards old Folsom and the river. It can be a little noisy from traffic but that's due to the location on top of a hill. The grounds are always kept up nice and repairs have always been done fast. We had a 3rd floor unit and never saw a bug besides the usual spider and fly. All our neighbors where very quiet. For the most part this place is great in price and location. Since the light rail has started there is A lot less traffic on Folsom AND it's only about 15 min walk from the cpmplex.
