Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The managment is horrible. We actually had 2 wasp nests in our hot water closet, and we had the apartment where that was inside the apartment. We complained to have them take it down for over 2 months, and when they finally came out to "take care of it" they just knocked it off the wall and onto the ground. Our kitchen floor was also dry rotted out. You could feel yourself sink lower as you walked in there. I would never rent there again!!
