I was surprised by how many negative ratings were written here. I think it's just the complainers who bother. I've live in a ground floor 2-bedroom for four years and I really like it. I'm living in the woods in the middle of town! I never hear my next door neighbor, and I never heard any "peeing" from upstairs. The current manager Molly is great...smart and responsive. Whenever I've needed maintenance they were there right away. It has a neighborhood feeling...if you bother to be a good neighbor!

I HAVE HEARD PEEING EVERY DAY LIVING IN THIS PLACE. NOT TO BE DISGUSTING, BUT IT IS 100% TRUE. THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN, I CAN EVEN HEAR THE GUY NEXT DOOR BREATHING WHEN HE SLEEPS. DOES A MAN LIVE IN THE APT. ABOVE YOU? I SUPPOSE THAT YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO HEAR IT WAS A WOMAN RELIEVING HERSELF. SOMETIMES IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS DIRECTLY ON TOP OF YOU...GROSS...
