We started out good at Folsom Ranch but then we started having problems with are neighbors. He threatened to kill my friend one day and the staff did nothing about this even though in there policy it says that they will not take any threats of the sort on their property. Then the same neighbor threw there own human poop at are door. The management said they would see what they could do and they never did anything. Now that we are finally out they are trying to screw us over with are deposit. They say that we owe them money.

I agree with this review. They will screw you when you move out with hundreds of dollars for cleaning carpet and repainting of the walls even when they are spotless. Do not expect to get any of your deposit back.

Thanks everyone for posting your experiences. I had been salivating over this community for years because of the great location and view. However, I had no idea these apts were managed by FPI and the revelation brought back memories of my experience with them- -horrible, stressful memories. FPI managed the complex where I lived in Antelope, CA. They must train their managers to lie, cheat and steal because I too had a move out walk through where everything was left in good condition and nothing was broken. However, when they mailed me the walk through (and a zero balance on my deposit), they added several inaccurate accounts of disrepair. After several letters and threat of a lawsuit, I finally got most of my deposit back. HUGE Lesson learned - take pictures when you have your move out walk through with them. 1 FPI Mng Hater!

You are 100% RIGHT! I felt the SAME way when I lived there. The Staff is SOOOO RUDE, and they LIE through there teeth!!!! I had SOOOO MANY PROBLEMS with them, I should have NEVER moved there just for the location. I paid WAY TOO much in rent, and you are right NO STORAGE, and the maintenance people NEVER came and fixed anything I asked them too. I also had someone come into my apt without me knowing, I found out from a neighbor that lived next to me!!!! These Apartments are the CRAPS!!!!! Take it from people that have lived there and have experienced it! The nice hillside location is NOT WORTH ALL THE HASSLE. Also I did not get my Deposit back. They made up lies and said that it took my whole Deposit to clean my Apt, when I left it spotless, and had only lived there by myself/No Pets, for 6 months......BS!!!!!!! HORIABLE PLASE TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!
