I RATHER WORK HERE, THAN LIVE HERE :) From: Diana30 Date posted: 8/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I rented here for 3 years and 1 month to be exact. We got off to a rocky start when we moved from the bay area. I was told twice are apartment would be ready on July 1, 2004. It turned out the apartment was not ready. They ended up deducting 3 days of hotel bills and uhaul's from our 1st months rent. I referred 2 of my co workers that I never got credit for. I am still waiting for the check in the mail. Instead I got a bill from our move out on Aug 1, 2007 for $194.00 for 10 hours of cleaning and one for $88.00 for a chewed blind, when I do not even own a dog. The assistant manager said they pay their cleaning lady $19.00 an hour and she took 10 hours to clean a 700 sq feet apartment. At $19.00 an hour I recommend you work here than live here!!!!
