The apartment is extremely noisy most times of the year, particularly for a first floor apartment, as the air conditioning units are placed outside master bedroom windows. My appliances are old and losing their effectiveness. Mainenance is on the spot, but when registering complaints with their corporate offices, there is no one to respond but an answering machine. Paying premium rent and very dissapointed.
