I lived in the apartments from 2006 through the end of 2008. The only reason I moved is because I bought a house. I actually miss the place. Folsom is such a great city to live in; good restaurants, and plenty shopping choices. The apartments were very clean and safe. The entire time I lived there, I never heard of a crime problem. I felt very safe and never feared of having my car damaged. The neighbors were friendly and the complex was very clean. Every day I would see the maintenance crew doing something to keep the apartment maintained. I lived on the first floor and never had noise issues with my neighbor. If I did, I would only need to say something to my neighbor and they would have understood or even mention it to the management team and they would have taken care of it. Whenever I needed repairs or had problems, the management team was always there and willing to make me happy and the maintenance crew was polite and skilled. Insect were never a problem because they sprayed on regular bases. I don t understand why anyone would have an issue with the apartment complex. I can t say enough good things about the management team, staff, and the apartment manager. I don t care where you look; you will never find an apartment manager like the one at Iron Point. I even received a good portion of my deposit back, which I never expected. I highly recommend the apartment. If you want a good place to live, you can t go wrong with Iron Point. Check it out!
