I lived in these apartments for three years - from early 2001 through 2003 and they were absolutely beautiful (and brand new). The management, which sounds like it's changed, wasn't the best, but I've yet to deal with apartment management that I think are very competent. When I moved out, my entire deposit was refunded because I'd been there long enough that any damage or dirt was considered "normal wear and tear." The only pests I ever dealt with were little tiny dry worms in the carpet, but I think they came in on a plant I'd purchased. I was on the bottom floor and there was a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors, but no more than would be expected with someone living above you. I would say that living at Iron Point was wonderful and I'm sad to read some of the recent comments. I'm moving back to Sac and was considering renting here again, but it sounds like either the complex has seriously deteriorated or I'll be surrounded by a bunch of needy whiners.

I would suspect you are management or at least an employee there ....Trying to up your rating are you ? For someone who has not lived there in 6 years, you take the time to post a good review ?? I THINK NOT
