I have watched the Quality of this property dramatically drop over the last year. Maintenance and Safety seem to be the biggest areas of concern. Lately, Folsom police have been to the property weekly as a rash of burglaries are taking place and unwanted persons (people who don't live at Iron Point) are allowed to roam the grounds at night. There is NO security at all. Second issue is the quality and upkeep of these apartments. The maintenance crew is not keeping up with basic task of keeping the grounds clean and addressing simple issues in a timely fashion. As others have commented, I believe the root of these issues is directly related to the apartment management staff. The staff seems ill equipped and over-whelmed with the task of managing this large property.

I totally agree with the above post.....I signed a year lease and had to break my lease after just 6 months. It was terrible living there....leaky faucets, ill fitting doors and windows, noisey neighbors and poor grounds upkeep. Management seems to cater more to corporate tenants than to the private tenants..INTELL leases a lot of units there, and management does NOTHING about these corporate tenants when there are complaints about them....they always say " there is nothing we can do about it, you have to contact INTELL....."
