These apartments are for corporate housing and are managed by a very large national company (Riverstone Residental) that manages property from an out of state central office. It works fine for companies but it is not ideal for individuals. #1 you are going to pay more money (Corporate Rates are higher because companies can afford it) and #2 you are not going to get any service. The folks that work in the Iron Point Office are there to show and sell apartments, not to take care of your needs after the sale. I live in Iron Point as part of a Corporate deal (short term)and I would not want to live here otherwise. I find this site because I wanted to search about recent criminal activities onsite. Yesterday a flyer went out to all residents enforcing new restriction on property usage. When I asked the staff what was going on, they told me they could not comment and I neede to speak with the manager, who never seems to be there. Same your money and look for a better deal in Folsom.
