Lake Pointe Apartments

Pleasant experience. From: cstimpson@calpine.com Date posted: 2/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I had a son and a wife who is a homemaker while we lived at Lake Pointe. We lived here for 14 months and loved it. We had a single school teacher living above us and wonderful neighbors. It was quiet and well maintained. The staff were very responsive and positive. They even knew their residents by name. While there was only one maintenance worker, there were times when we had to wait for service, but overall, the service was great. The grass was over-watered but it was a perfect location for anyone wanting a good deal with an average apartment in a beautiful place. We had a garage with the apartment and found it to be a great asset as storage space was a little shy. If we could move back to Folsom, we would stop back here first and see if there was a place for us to stay. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
