Management is Disorganized, untrustworthy maintenence

There are many reviews in here that state this place is a nice quiet place to live, but they don't tell you about the noisy children, the paper thin walls and the inability to find parking anywhere.
Since the Construction on the Folsom Damn bridge went into effect, they no longer have direct access to trails like they advertised, and the bridge plans even removed the already limited parking space to nothing (unless you choose to fork out $100 a month for a single car cramped garage with the garage door button that barely works).
Their management /staff is completely in disarray. In the two years we have been here, we have have had three managers, and they have hired and fired so many maintenece workers you don't ever know who will be coming into your apartment. The demands they make on tenants to "make arangements" to have your house invaded on a quarterly basis is absurd. Even then you can't be sure they actually made it to your house. They may have to ask you to do it all over again the next day because "management" gave you the wrong date.
Renters beware. It seems nice on the outside, but rest assured you will pay for it later. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

Once I returned to my apartment to discover that someone had been in it. I asked the apartment management about it and they said that maintenance entered my apartment and because of a communication problem .. I was never noticed!
