Its time to move on. I have noticed an "unkept" appearance becoming more and more of a problem over the past year. The trash containers were overfilling and trash started to pile on the ground last week. I'm not sure what was going on. This week the trash containers again seem to be full! The fountain near the community center construction is not operating and debris fills the fountain. The construction of the community center, construction material and construction fencing takes away more scarce parking and adds to the "unkept" look of the grounds. One of 2 entrances to the apartment complex had been closed off with the construction on Folsom-Auburn .. creating a safety and emergency access issue! There are a large number of apartment complexes around with rents comparable to LakePoint and you won't have to deal with a sloppy appearance of the grounds, lack of parking and the construction.

There is no reason for your complaint. The city shut down one of the driveways due to their construction. The new dam road. The other issues you write about is just "normal" construction. If you need a place to park in this TEMPORARY situation, right in back of bld 6 is plenty of parking. I find parking there even at 11 O'clock at night. This is a nice complex. Noisy right now during the day (mon - fri), but again... it is temporary.

Oh c'mon. I've lived there for 2 YEARS, I've never had lack of parking or any safety concerns entering the apartment.
Also, They empty the garbage containers once a week.
