I like living in this complex. I have children and I have received praise by both residents and the management that my children are well behaved. I have noticed however that this complex has a very strong dislike toward children. It's not the managements fault--just that some of the long term residents feel strongly that children should never be heard, or seen.
I look forward to the other amenities at the complex coming in soon. As our family avidly enjoys tennis, we are excited to have a new court to replace the old one soon.
however we also love bicycling and wish the complex would resolve with the city a better way to give our access of the trail back to us--walking through a cut fence line and trying to heft our bicycles over froken fence pieces and uneven terrain is unsafe. My children love the pool, and unfortunately other residents unpotty trained children do as well. I have seen naked babies and diaper fabric floating in the pool several times all ready this year. I hope that management can speak to residents about that. I would also like to see some lighting added to the back of the complex, near the trails, a few times I have tripped and fallen off the sidewalk going around a corner because I could not see the sidewalk.
Nonetheless, we have been residents of this complex for quite a while and do enjoy our quiet little spot of heaven with beautiful trees, well kempt lawns and very friendly neighbors.
This apartment complex, once the renovations are complete, is going to boom. I sure would like to see more children friendly families move in.
