Legends at Willow Creek

Beware of the Legends From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   If your looking for an apartment in Folsom--don't rent at the Legends. They are generally pleasant and dog friendly, but when you move out they are not ethical. The management/staff/owners over charge tentants for unreasonable amounts and situations. Beware the real owners live in the bay area and they are attorneys...they are only interested in the profit of there business and not the interest of the tenant/customer. So if you have a choice, my advise is to NOT move in the Legends and find another complex in the neighborhood.
