Legends at Willow Creek

Great place to live... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   In contrast with the other reviews I have read, I had no problems with my move out. I lived in the Legends for a year and just moved out in Jan 04. Yes, I did bend over backwards cleaning the place, but I also recieved most of my deposit back. The charge for carpet cleaning and regular cleaning is very reasonable and I see no problem with it. It was also a wonderful place to live when I was there, the maintenance is great, complex was very quiet and clean, and the staff is very friendly. I have lived in several different complexes in the Sacramento area over the years and this one by far beats them all with service. With regards to the other ratings about move out, you can not expect to do nothing to your apartment upon move out and get a return on your entire security deposit. I spent an entire day cleaning every nook and cranny of my apartment after moving out, and if you want a return on your security deposit, you must expect to do this. Its like that everywhere. I would absolutely recommend this complex if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to live that has quick, reliable service.
