great place to live

just moved out in july and would like comment on some of the other reviews. as for the cleaning cost after move out, $30 was not unreasonable as they use an outside vendor to do their cleaning. keep in mind that many companies have a minimum charge for their service. this means that if they go into an apt. and just vacuum they get charged the minimum. as for other charges their is a final water, garbage and sewer bill that residents pay, this bill is mailed to the apt. mgmt and you will be charged for it. it is not sent to your new address. if you have pets like i did it is very likely that they had an accident at some time. if this has happened they can find out even if you think you cleaned it up. i know this because i do cleaning for a living. i know they take extreme measures to clean the carpet before replacing it. in my case they replaced it and the cost was reasonable for 1000 sq. ft. apt. i would have stayed but my situation wouldn't allow me to stay. they are also 1 of the only apts. that allow pets of any size (no weight restrictions like most places). residents and staff are always very helpful and friendly. if i could move back there i would as i enjoyed my time there. also the pet deposit is low for the area as most apts. in this price range are near $1000. over all a great place to live
