Poor Service from Management

I've lived at the Legends for 12 months. Recently there was a leak in my roof and I called to have it inspected, giving permission to enter my apartment.
Not only did the maintainence crew not inform me of the inpsection (or leave a message that they were in my apartment), but they beat on my door at 9:00 AM on the following morning (Saturday) without any prior notice. They DEMANDED entry becasue they had the roofers with them. This NEVER would have been a problem had they taken the time to properly inform their tennant prior to their arrival.
In addition to the unpleasant surprise, I called to complain about the lack of respect for tennant privacy and received a very cold and callous response from the Assistant Manager, Brian. He didn't seem to care that he and his team dropped the ball on common courtesy and respecting tennant privacy. Instead he proceeded to explain that it was the contractors fault.
I'm surprised that the management company has associates working for the Legends at Willow Creek who have no interpersonal or customer service skills. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
