I moved here last year and love it. The grounds are beautiful in both phases though I prefer the big beautiful mature Oaks in phase 1 over the very nicely landscaped phase 2. Just a personal preference. Apts are large, my appliances are less than 4 yrs old, can't hear my neigbors too often and it feels safe. Except for 1 girl in the office everyone is exceptionally helpful, maintenance is handled immediately and correctly the first time. It's quiet, and beautiful and there are wild turkeys wandering the grounds!! Kid you not, it's a hoot.

Job transferred me out of the area and I'm speaking about the move out process. Overall a piece of cake. Arranged for someone in the office to do a preliminary check so as to have a heads up on potential issues in advance. I left it clean and viola - got the entire deposit back. Okay, now let me clarify something. They tell you up front they'll deduct the final Viterra bill and carpet cleaning from your deposit. Those 2 items were deducted just as they told me and the rest was returned. I think that's more than fair so those who complained about not getting their deposits must not have left the place in good shape.

I'll gladly rent here if I'm ever back in the area. It was a great experience and beautiful property.
