I have been living here for 1 1/2 years and although the view is beautiful that is about it. I live in a downstairs unit and have had 2 different tenants renting the upstairs unit and the noise is UNBELIEVABLE. How can a person pay such outragious rents and be subjected to living with all the noise. If I wanted to hear what others were doing at all hours of the night I would have a roommate!!!! My lease is up and I'm through. If I stay they are raising my rent. Give me a break $970 for a 1 bedroom apartment!!!!Be careful also when moving in, if you are promised something you had better get it in writing!!! If you have problems the "girls" in the office are very short and do nothing to try to please the tenants.
