Okay the ones who put 100% positive comments regarding the Overlook must be smoking crack! I have lived at this complex for 3 years. I have lived in the newer apartments and they are nice but have smaller bedrooms than the older ones. However the newer are more sound proof than the older ones. As far as the management goes my experience with them has been both positive and negative. It all depends on who you deal with. As far as management dealing with noisey and unruly neighbors, they do eventually get rid of the trouble makers. However, it can take 6 months or more sometimes. As for the maintenance crew only the head maintenance guy and one other maintenance guy know what they are doing. I have had to had maintenance request for the same repairs due to them not being repaired correctly the first or second time. Overall, if you are looking for a place to live that's not really expensive and in fair condition this is the place for you.
