The quality is so-so at best. The toilet seat covers are plastic and sink when you sit on them, and the plastic in the tub is impossible to clean.... Parking sucks, as there are very few spots available.
HOWEVER...
Every problem I've had (99% the result of my own stupidity) was fixed within 24 hours. The layout of the 2-bedroom apartment is great for roommates, because the rooms are of similar size and across the apartment from one another. I wouldn't say I am overjoyed with the place, but it's a decent place to live. I have heard positive comments from all of my friends about the space available. The kitchen is AWESOME - big and nice. The bathrooms are nicely sized as well.
Avoid the third floor, though, unless you like heat. Without a/c, our apartment hits 83 degrees by 5 AM. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
